Hi!  I am Carla Kelley and I am excited to be teaching 2nd Grade at Clyde Elementary School.  I graduated from Clyde High School and went on to earn my Bachelor’s of Education Degree from Hardin-Simmons University.  This is my twenty-third year as and educator, all with Clyde I.S.D.  I am the proud mother of a Clyde High School 2007 graduate, Dustin Kelley, who is going on to attend Cisco Junior College Abilene Campus this fall.  I am looking forward to spending a wonderful school year together.

Hello! I am Melinda McGuire and I am so excited about the new year.  I graduated from Abilene Christian University where I earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Interdisciplinary Studies. My husband Paul and I have a son, Matthew, who is one year old. I am thrilled about 2nd grade and look forward to an amazing year!

Hello!  My name is Angela Patton, and I teach Second Grade at Clyde Elementary.  I graduated from Angelo State University where I received a Bachelor’s Degree in Interdisciplinary Studies.  This is my tenth year as a teacher at Clyde.  My husband and I have a son and a daughter.  Kadin is 5 and Brylee is 2.  I love working at Clyde, and I am looking forward to working with your children.

Hi!  I am Stephanie Sullivan and I teach second grade at Clyde Elementary.  I am a graduate of Clyde High School and I received my Bachelor of Science degree from Angelo State University.  I have been a teacher for sixteen years, the last ten years I have taught in Clyde CISD.  My husband and I have two children, Jaxon who is entering Jr. High School, and Madison who is entering Intermediate School.  I feel very blessed to work with your children.

Hello!  I am Angela Waggoner and I teach second grade at Clyde Elementary.  I graduated from Clyde High School and Hardin-Simmons University with a degree in Interdisciplinary Studies.  I have taught for seven years in the Clyde school district.  I look forward to working with your children.

Hi!  My name is Pam Wheeler.  I have taught for 23 years, 19 of them at Clyde Elementary.  I have a bachelor’s degree and a master’s degree in education.  My husband, Larry teaches at Hardin-Simmons.  We have a son, Andrew, and a daughter, Mindy.  Our daughter and her husband, Clarke, have blessed us with two wonderful grandchildren.  Jake is 2, and Ella is 7 weeks, so my license plate is “TH MIMI”.

Greetings!  I am Brenda Pledger and I have been an Educational Specialist at Clyde Elementary for 15 years.  My husband, Dumas, and I have two grown children, Nathan and Holli.  Our children graduated from Clyde Schools and we have four fantastic grandchildren:  Kayli, Kendra, Hunter, and Marshall.  Kayli and Hunter are currently students at Clyde I.S.D.
