Mrs. Jeannie Best , Counselor |
Welcome to Clyde Elementary! My name is Jeannie Best and I am the counselor on this campus. I feel I have been ‘in school’ all my life. I went from high school into college and straight into the classroom. I decided to become a teacher when I was in 2nd grade. My teacher, Mrs. Downs, was my idol and hero. As I tell my students, she had red hair and pierced ears and I would do anything for her! (Like having my ears pierced, but I had to wait until I was in high school. It took me that long to ‘wear down’ my mom.) My husband John and I have 2 beautiful children (both graduates of Clyde CISD) and we have 2 adorable grandchildren who live too far away. My door is always open to students and parents. If there is anything you need, please stop by…. I will even take time to hear ‘knock, knock’ jokes. |

Pam Ancinec, Secretary |
Hello! My name is Pam Ancinec. This will be my 5th year as secretary at Clyde Elementary. My husband and I are very proud of our two children which attend Clyde CISD. Barrett attends Clyde Jr High and Hayley attends Clyde Intermediate. I really enjoy getting to know all the new students each year at the elementary and am looking forward to a great year. |

Donna McBride, PEIMS Specialist |
My name is Donna McBride. I am the campus PEIMS secretary, which means I am responsible to ensure all students are registered correctly, and attendance and grade records are accurate.
I received my entire public education from Clyde Schools. When our children were very small, my husband, Bud, and I decided to move to Clyde from Abilene, so that our children, Sally and Will, could also attend school here. It is my privilege to be a part of Clyde CISD as a student for 12 years, a parent for a total of 15 years, and an employee for 14 years. One of the best “perks” of my job is to see my children’s schoolmates return to Clyde Elementary as parents.
Please feel free to contact me whenever you have a change in mailing or physical addresses for your students, as well as contact information changes. |
