REBOOT! REBOOT! REBOOT!
Most of your problems such as: frozen screen, unresponsive mouse/computer, can be solved by simply restarting your computer. Go to START, SHUT DOWN, AND RESTART. Allow your computer to reboot and try again.

If your computer is frozen, prest Ctrl + Alt + Del, and choose SHUT DOWN; if this is unsuccessful, simply press the power button to turn the computer off.
PRINTER PROBLEMS
Check to see if the power light is on; make sure your power cord is securley in the power outlets.

Make sure your printer cables are plugged into the printer and the CPU properly.

Go to SETTINGS, PRINTERS and make sure printer is installed on your computer.
NETWORK PROBLEMS
If you are unable to connect to the Network or Internet, check to make sure your Ethernet cord is plugged into the back of your CPU (green light will be on) and also into the outlet in the wall.
