Effective communication skills, when mastered, enable today's youth to become productive members of America's workforce. Changing technologies and social and corporate systmes demand that participants send clear messages, choose effective nonverbal behaviors, listen effectively, and apply critical-thinking and problem solving skills to resolve workplace issues.
Students are expected to

*make and evaluate formal and informal professional presentations.
